1.Gesso canvas 2.with ciena brown..using photograph drew in the basic shape and some background measuring with paint brush the corret distance between objects. 3.laid down dark color in the targeted shaded areas with bown and dark green. 4.Then focused on the flower using light brown to get the direction of the peddles correct. 5.Began laying down dark reds and brown mixture as a base for the flower and then laying on the light red pink mixture to peddles. 6.Added a light pink red mixture to the tips of peddles for effect. 7.Added yellow orange to create the "buds" 8.Added yellow to the stem and leaves to lighten them. 9.Done
